
My-TECH-Logistics: the foundation for growth at Lupprians
Anything that is technically demanding, complex, and critical receives full attention at Lupprians. As a specialist in high-tech transport since 2001, the company handles the transportation, positioning, and installation of high-value equipment – ranging from medical devices to data center IT, server racks, and complex cabling.
“There is so much involved in transporting and installing high-tech equipment. Fortunately, that’s exactly what we’re good at”, says Pim van Kamperdijk of Lupprians. “Delivering a world of service is more than just a slogan.”
That strong focus on quality and total unburdening also requires logistics software that can grow alongside the company’s ambitions. And that is where a new chapter recently began.


From a generic to a future-proof ERP system
For many years, Lupprians worked with a self-built FileMaker program. “We used it for more than 20 years”, Pim explains. “It was familiar, but it also had its quirks. We ran into limitations and could no longer move forward.” Attempts to migrate the system to the cloud and connect it with other applications did not provide a structural solution.
This led to a broad market exploration. “There are many logistics packages, but a lot of solutions are purely about moving goods from A to B: pallet in, pallet out. That doesn’t fit our DNA. We work on a project basis, with installations, multiple moments, and specialized activities.” Through his network – and after a demo by AGePe customer Mark Pot – Pim came into contact with AGePe Logistics Software.
A deliberate choice for My-TECH-Logistics
After further discussions and demos with AGePe, the decision was made. At the end of last year, Lupprians officially kicked off the implementation of My-TECH-Logistics, the solution for high-tech and project-based logistics. “A deliberate choice”, Pim continues. “This is a different kind of package. It’s future-proof, developed by a team, with four releases per year and room for customer input. That inspires confidence.”
The implementation took place in phases and required fine-tuning. “You don’t master a new system without some bumps along the way”, Pim laughs. “In the first part of the year, we focus on refining the details. AGePe’s business consultant Sven Boeckx supports us professionally and patiently. We’re now really learning how to work with the system, and orders are going out smoothly.”


More insight, control, and room to grow
Today, Lupprians uses My-TECH-Logistics for order processing and project administration. Further steps are planned, such as deeper use of warehousing, combined routes, templates, and job codes. “The big advantage is that you can store a lot of information in one system. That gives you overview and control”, Pim says. “Next, we want to start working with Mobile Worker for time registration and automatic invoicing. That will be a huge improvement compared to how we work now.”
Pim on the collaboration: “They really listen. I’ve already suggested several improvements, and something is genuinely done with them. Of course, there are still wishes – visual overviews, fewer steps, additional functionalities – but we now have a perfect foundation to continue growing.”
His advice to other high-tech logistics players? “Make sure you get well informed. Many packages promise a lot, but you really need to see whether they fit your way of working. My-TECH-Logistics can do a great deal and continues to evolve. For us, it’s clear: this is the right choice for the future.”
