Efficiency gain thanks to My-ART-Logistics at Scheck Art Logistics

The collaboration began in 2023, following exploratory discussions and valuable insights from a similar company in the Netherlands that was already highly satisfied with My-ART-Logistics.

Streamlined from onboarding to implementation

Matthias Scheck, Managing Director at Scheck Art Logistics explains: "You know how it goes ... in the beginning we were using Excel for tracking and monitoring, along with a separate agenda, but there wasn’t a comprehensive system in place. While this method was workable, it wasn’t future-proof or transparent enough when several people started collaborating on a single file. So, I explored the market, considering the limited options available. The question was whether to go for a customised solution or choose a proven, off-the-shelf system. I opted for the latter, encouraged by positive feedback from others in the industry. We began onboarding right after the proposal phase, and thanks to the guidance of AGePe consultant Sven Boeckx, the process was smooth and streamlined.”

Tracking art transport without effort

From onboarding, we moved to the go-live phase in April 2024. Today, Scheck Art Logistics is actively using our logistics software for art transport. And how that feels?

Matthias Scheck: "Operationally, we are already well on track. There are still some areas where the software will be further refined, and there is always room for expansion. Our approach is to first deepen our understanding of the system and then implement additional features like the warehouse module and AGePe Mobile Worker - a complete digital work order solution that will help other colleagues experience its added value. Even today, it’s evident that we are working far more efficiently in terms of planning and file management. With a clear focus on statuses, we instantly know what needs to be done and where.  This became especially clear during the absence of my colleague, who also works in your ERP. It was effortless to follow up on tasks.”

The system is, of course, a work in progress. Matthias would like the search functions to be a bit more comprehensive, and team AGePe Logistics Software welcomes feedback from customers such as Scheck Art Logistics. Every proposal is carefully considered, because together we continue to improve the software.
